Lights Out

The game lays out a series of tiles using a randomly generated matrice with mod 2.

When you click a tile, itself and its adjacent tiles will have a value of 1 added to them, and because this is linear algebra with mod 2, this is the same as just turning the light off or on.

The goal is to turn off all the lights.
